Serie A is back!

Serie A is back!
Italian Serie A started last Saturday and the best teams such as Milan and Juventus didn’t disappoint their supporters’ expectations. Only newly promoted Napoli suffered a bad start to the season as they were beaten 2-0 by Cagliari. The European champions enjoyed a large victory at Genoa, who had just come back to Serie A after a 12-year absence. Milan opened the score in the 21st minute through a header by Massimo Ambrosini, the captain, on a cross by Andrea Pirlo and did not have any problems holding on to their lead and winning 3-0 thanks to Kakha Kaladze, the king of the rossoneri defence. No doubt that Ambrosini, is going to be the team leader in the European Super Cup final match Milan – Siviglia that will be played on Friday 31st August, too.A good start also for Roma that won over Palermo thanks to two goals scored by Diadora testimonial Francesco Totti.
